Terms of Service

Jobz helps job-seekers build a profile, discover roles, and assess how well their experience fits a given job. The Service includes an AI assistant connector that returns a fit assessment from a job description and résumé you provide. Features may change over time.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including résumés and job descriptions (“Your Content”). You grant Jobz a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate a fit assessment). You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt or overload it; scraping or bulk-extracting data; reverse-engineering or probing for vulnerabilities; using it for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes; or submitting content you do not have the right to submit.

Fit assessments, scores, and suggestions are generated with the assistance of AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates, may contain errors, and are not guarantees of any outcome, nor professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

The Service uses third-party providers (including AI model providers) to deliver certain features. Your use of those features may be subject to those providers’ terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Jobz and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Jobz trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Jobz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. You may stop using the Service at any time.
