2024

Early 2025
Launched video profiles. First hiring managers started reaching out to candidates cold — no applications involved.
Mid 2025
Added AI resume matching and daily job digest. Candidates could choose inbound, outbound, or both.
Today
Thousands of active profiles. Candidates hired at Stripe, Notion, Linear, Figma, and more.
